Booking Information

Bookings are essential to secure your spot. Please note that we cannot guarantee you will get a spot if you show up without a booking.

We provide mats for our mat and yoga classes and. Socks are required for all Pilates Reformer classes.

Class Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are open for Mat, Barre, Yoga, Wunda chair and reformer circuit. Reformer Flow classes can be booked 4 weeks in advance.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class.

  • Motion Pilates has a strict 12-hour cancellation window. If you are unable to attend your booking, please cancel at least 12 hours prior to your class start time. We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why our 12-hour window is in place to give you ample time to make changes to your booking.

  • All class cancellations must be made via your account (Schedule) either online or via the app. We do not accept class cancellations via email or phone call, unless you are experiencing technical difficulties, in which case please contact the studio.

  • If you book a class and fail to cancel your booking at least 12 hours prior, you will be automatically charged a $15 Late Cancellation fee (with the exception of class pack holders, classpassers, triple class Memberships per week members, and pre-paid corporate accounts who will lose a class).

  • Late cancellations will incur a lost session for class packs or a $10 fee for unlimited memberships. No shows will incur a lost session for class packs or a $20 fee for memberships.

  • If you do not show up for your booking, you will be automatically charged a $20 No-show fee.

  • Bookings cannot be accepted without a credit card on file.

  • The Late Cancellation and No-show fees are non-refundable.

  • This policy applies to all Yoga and Pilates classes.

  • The cancellation and booking policy is in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to attend. At Motion Pilates, our class sizes are small and can fill quickly. Our Cancellation Policy exists to prevent other clients from missing out on spots that could have been filled. We all share the studio together.

  • Trainers and classes are subject to change without notice. Motion Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.

Waitlist Policy

Please treat the waitlist as you would a class booking.

  • The Momence waitlist function allows you to waitlist a spot in a full class. When a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically moved into the class outside of the 12- hour booking window. Spaces canceled within the 12-hour cancellation window will be charged the usual late fee and made available for anyone to book online. You will not be automatically enrolled from the waitlist into a class within the 12-hour cancellation window but are free to book any available spots during this period.

  • To utilise the waitlist function, you must have your ‘Transactional Messages/ Updates’ text and email notifications turned on. You will receive both an email when you are booked into a class via the waitlist.

  • If you are placed on a waitlist and no longer wish to attend, it is your responsibility to remove your place on the waitlist so that you don't get bumped up if there is a cancellation. If you do not remove your booking and do not show up for class, you will be charged the no-show fee, and the space will be available to walk-ins as per our Cancellation Policy.

  • Please be mindful of this when booking the waitlist for early morning classes, as it is possible you will be automatically enrolled in a class during the night up until 12 hours before the start of class. Please treat the waitlist like you are booking a class. If you have added yourself to the waitlist and no longer want to attend the class, please cancel the waitlisted classes via your account (Account Schedule).
